lowkey is a unisex daily-essentials brand making minimalist skincare, haircare, and bodycare. Our v1 line is 10 SKUs across face, hair, and body — no supplements, no tinted products, no harsh actives. We're built around the principle that fewer well-formulated products outperform a cluttered shelf.

Yes. Every product is formulated for any skin type or gender. Skin and hair don't change identity based on who's using them — biological variation within each gender is greater than between them. Our packaging, fragrance approach, and formulations all reflect this.

Yes to both. Our manufacturer (Selfnamed, Latvia) is a certified B Corp and operates under EU cosmetics regulation, which prohibits animal testing for cosmetic ingredients. None of our v1 products contain animal-derived ingredients.

Some are, some have light functional fragrance. Our overnight cream (SK-03) is fully fragrance-free. The rosemary scalp scrub uses essential oils (rosemary, mint) as functional actives. The body oil and shampoo/conditioner have minimal fragrance. We list any fragrance allergens on each product page.

All v1 products are manufactured in Latvia by Selfnamed, our private-label partner. Selfnamed is a certified B Corp, EU GMP-compliant, and operates under European cosmetics regulation. Full ingredient lists (INCI) are published on each product page.

Not in v1. Our original launch plan included a sleep stack and skin+hair supplement — we deferred that to focus on getting cosmetics right first. Supplements may return in v1.1. The journal posts on biotin, collagen, and sleep stacks are kept as drafts for that future launch.

The Daily Essentials bundle includes 6 products covering the daily skin/hair/body routine at roughly 17% off the individual retail total. It's our hero offer — the minimum viable routine for replacing a multi-brand stack.

Most are. The overnight cream (SK-03) is specifically formulated for sensitive skin — fragrance-free, allergen-free in the EU sense, ceramide-led. The jelly serum (SK-02) is also gentle, with prebiotic actives that support rather than challenge the skin barrier. We avoid retinol, kojic acid, and high-percentage AHAs in v1 — those are deferred to a future advanced line.

No to all three across v1. Our shampoo and cleanser use sulfate-free surfactant systems (cocamidopropyl betaine, coco-glucoside). We use modern preservation systems instead of parabens. Phthalates aren't used in any of our products.

Standard shipping from our manufacturer is typically 3-7 business days within the EU and UK, 7-14 business days internationally. Specific timing depends on your location and is shown at checkout. Orders ship from Latvia.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We don't accept returns on opened cosmetics for hygiene reasons. If a product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at abe@orrbody.com for replacement.
