Refund Policy

returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original packaging.

To start a return, email abe@orrbody.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We don't do exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Cancel anytime from your account portal. No cancellation fees. Your current billing period's shipment will still arrive.
